Administrator/Office Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrator/Office Coordinator to join our team in El‑Ain. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have 2-3 years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Order supplies and maintain office records.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel files.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Compensation

Salary: 1600$ per month.
