The HR Specialist ensures full legal compliance while enhancing the employee experience throughout our organization, delivering mandatory HR projects such as Equality Plan and Digital Disconnection Protocol, strengthening internal communication, and fostering a positive inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead mandatory HR compliance projects under Spanish labour law
- Drive employee experience initiatives focused on engagement and well‑being
- Create clear and effective internal communication content
- Support HR processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver HR initiatives
- Continuously improve HR policies, practices, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support labour‑related matters and act as a point of contact for employees
