Job Description

  • Manage and maintain records related to production, inventory, and deliveries to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating daily operations, including scheduling, procurement of materials, and communication with suppliers and clients.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and reports while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with inventory or production management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
