Responsibilities




  • Assist in handle full spectrum of office Admin & HR administrative duties

  • Co-ordinates the purchase/repair activities and handle payments

  • Assist in expatriates’ apartment coordination

  • Provide administrative support to the team e.g., prepare analysis reports

  • Manage the provision of office facilities and services

  • Maintain accurate and update Admin record & filing system

  • Handle payroll administration

  • Coordinate with related parties for company events and staff activities

  • Perform any ad hoc duties when required

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • At least 2 years of relevant Office Admin experience for Assistant, 4 years for Officer
