Roles and Responsibilities - Timesheet and Claims Management: Review and verify staff timesheets, overtime (OT), and claim forms
- Invoice and Job Number Preparation: Assist in the preparation of invoices and assignment of job numbers.
- Tools and Equipment Control: Oversee the tracking and management of incoming and outgoing tools and equipment.
- Office Supplies Management: Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery, ensuring availability and reordering as necessary.
- Staff Training and Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and arrange staff training programs, courses, travel insurance, and air ticket bookings.
- Report Delivery: Arrange for the timely delivery of reports to clients.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
