Summary The VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System is recruiting for an Administrative Officer to serve under Nursing, Acute Care. The purpose of the Administrative Officer is to perform all administrative functions to include HR management, budget and finance, management and program analysis, committee support, office support services, document control, logistics and other tasks as assigned. Responsibilities Duties included but are not limited to the following: Serves a complex clinical Service, comprised of clinical and non-clinical staff, including Title 38 providers, and Hybrid Title 38 and Title 5 clinical, technical, and clerical personnel. The Administrative Officer is an expert in all three major VA systems (Title 38, Hybrid Title 38 and Title 5), related laws, regulations and processes, in order to manage, oversee and perform functions related to operations, in support of the supervisor and staff, and to be able to educate and advise service staff and management.
