Job Description

In charge of managing a variety of Administrative, Human Resources, and Purchasing tasks to ensure smooth company operations.

  • Assists with the hiring and onboarding process
  • Handles benefits administration for the employees
  • Ensures compliance on company policies and labor laws
  • Answers employee questions regarding benefits and payroll data
  • Acts as point of contact for office-related issues

Purchasing

  • Requests and purchases materials for the office and employees
  • Evaluates vendors and maintains relationships with suppliers
  • Maintains records of purchases, contracts, and invoices

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4‑year course
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
