**Position Summary**

Responsible for providing support and coordinates a broad spectrum of communication. This is a role with diverse skills that includes excellent communication, the ability to coordinate services, collate and document outcome information, coordinate schedules, meetings, and assist with scheduling educational engagements.

**Job Duties**

+ Maintains computerized schedules for Team and coordinates meetings.
+ Prepares agendas, schedules rooms, prepares drafts, completes minutes and distributes final copies for various meetings as requested.
+ Makes necessary arrangements for administrative and daily meetings for Vice President(s), attending and taking minutes at such meetings, distributing meeting minutes and related material to appropriate individuals; and may follow-up on actions taken at meetings.
