As an Administrative Executive, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of the Office of the CEO. Reporting to a Project Manager, your role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, involving the coordination of meetings, preparation of presentation materials, venue and room setup, IT and lighting checks, and the arrangement of travel and transport. You will help ensure leaders are well supported through careful planning, attention to detail, and timely follow‑through. This is a fast‑paced role suited to someone organized, discreet, reliable, and comfortable working around senior stakeholders, with a strong focus on logistics, coordination, and getting things done.
