Serve as the primary liaison between TISPH and the Persons-in-Charge (PICs) of outsourced functions in TFSPH, ensuring timely communication and follow-through.
Coordinate and monitor requests, deliverables, and concerns related to HR, Accounting, General Services, IT, Marketing, Procurement, Cash Control, Treasury, and Control functions.
Maintain organized records of communications, approvals, and transactions related to outsourced services.
Support the General Manager in day-to-day administrative requirements and internal coordination.
