. Monitor and maintain daily accounting transactions including receivables, payments and claims, stocktake on merchandises
. Maintain proper and systematic filing and record keeping
. Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial statements, banks reconciliation and monthly reports
. Assist in including cheques, payment voucher and online payment
. Monitor collections and issue receipts
. Perform general admin duties such as assist in handling customers at the front desk and incoming calls
Requirements
. At least 2 years of experience in handling accounts
. Strong organization and communication skills
