Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role supports leaders and team members by handling scheduling, communication, documentation, and general office tasks while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide administrative support to managers and team members

+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics

+ Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

+ Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and files

+ Assist with data entry and maintaining internal systems

+ Order office supplies and support general office operations

+ Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting materials as needed

+ Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
