Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate pre-installation and post-installation works
Schedule planning and management
Budget controlling and invoice processing
Liaise with sales and installation departments to ensure met clients’ expectation
Liaise with contractors to ensure installation process runs smoothly
Coordinate with other departments to assist on relevant license applications
Generate reports to be sent to the CPO and Project Manager
Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for the EV Chargers
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree graduates
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
