The Administrative Assistant will help the operations team in a variety of administrative and compliance duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and record all incoming and outgoing company documents
  • Responsible for the renewal of the company business permits and other registrations
  • Collect and prepare supporting documentation with all the reportorial requirements of the regulators such as the SEC and during partnership onboarding
  • Coordinate with different government agencies with regards to documentary requirements needed from the company
  • Help the company in accomplishing and sending corporate documents and other requirements for business partnerships
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge in compliance requirements, regulations and procedures is a plus
