Responsibilities
  • Manage calls, emails and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters and other documents
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
  • Handle procurement and supply chain
  • Assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping
  • Support management with administrative projects and office housekeeping
Qualifications

High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or accountancy/procurement role. Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills and time-management abilities. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
