* Provide administrative coordination to ensure projects under the unit proceed in a timely and efficient manner
* Act as a liaison with various internal workgroups to provide support with meeting scheduling and coordination to support Design and Construction (D&C) initiatives
* Support the preparation of reports and process flow charts using a variety of computer applications
* Support the gathering of information and addressing follow-up questions in result of D&C Bright Idea submissions from general employees
* Provide administrative assistance by preparing materials, building and maintaining meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing meeting minutes, and following up for completion of action items for timely execution
* Assist in the development of continuous improvement initiatives
* Additional duties as assigned to support the Operational Improvement Unit
* Bachelor's Degree in Management, Construction, Engineering or a related field
