 • Provides admin support to both Chicago and Miami offices
 • Heavy administrative focus

RESPONSIBILITIES
 • Administrative support across offices
 • Calendaring and scheduling support
 • Conference scheduling and registration within their building
 • Monitoring calendars and office access
 • Letting people into the office
