Required tasks
Provide administrative assistant support for up to leaders; this includes calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel scheduling Serve as a central point of contact for building operational needs; this includes hardware and supplies management, partnering with facilities and onsite teams to maintain functional workspaces, and supporting space management with seating assignments and audits Plan and execute team offsites and events Build strong working relationships with leaders and their teams Collaborate with globally distributed admin and functional teams Be onsite at our office at least days per week and up to days per week depending on business need
