Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & AccountsAssistant to support daily accounting, administrative, and operational duties. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic accounting data entry and handle simple AR & AP tasks Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and payments Handle front desk duties (answer calls, attend to guests, manage incoming mails) Manage office supplies, pantry items, and track utility/office expenses Monitor vehicle records (inspection, road tax, insurance, COE) and track related expenses Manage PPE inventory, perform stock checks, and coordinate replenishment Issue Purchase Orders and support procurement, plus other ad hoc duties Requirements: Minimum NITEC / Diploma / equivalent Basic accounting knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Organized, responsible, and able to multitask Singaporeans / PRs preferred Salary:
$2,200 - $3,000 (depending on experience)
