We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Support Coordinator to support the Global Disaster Management Unit with a range of administrative, logístical, and communication tasks.
The role is essential in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of different events like meetings, conferences, and trainings.
The position is temporary for the fall of 2025 and is based in Oslo in the International Department. We are looking for someone who can start early August or as soon as possible.
