Experience: 3 Years operations or Training Center management experience with relevant exposure to administrative functions in a similar environment/service industry.

• Previous Dispatcher Experience / Dispatcher Applications Knowledge
• Scheduling System Knowledge
• MS Excel Advanced Knowledge
• Data Analytics Background / Minimum Basic Knowledge
• Basic Programming Languages Knowledge (C, Python, SQL)
• Experience in Power BI / Tableau / MicroStrategy
• Emergency Handling Knowledge / Basic Safety awareness
• Call Center Environment Experience
