About the Role:

BaptistCare is seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our 99-bed Residential Aged Care facility in Busselton.

In this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of the site while ensuring residents remain at the centre of everything we do. You will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support across admissions, finance, rostering, compliance, and staff coordination.
