Randstad Adelaide is seeking a detail-oriented Grants and Administration Officer for a key South Australian Government department in the Adelaide CBD.
This is an initial 6-month contract (full-time) with strong potential for extension.
The Role
Supporting a dynamic team, you will manage end-to-end grant processes and provide high-level administrative support.
Grants Management: Coordinate applications through to acquittal using SmartyGrants.
Administration: Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence; manage records and document control.
Finance: Handle procurement, invoices, and corporate card platforms.
Coordination: Support diary management and stakeholder liaison.
