Administration & Client Support

  • Coordinate onboarding and enrolment processes for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to general enquiries in a timely manner
  • Prepare agreements, documentation, and onboarding materials
  • Maintain accurate CRM and database records
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation, payments, and required information
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow coordination
  • Support withdrawals, deferrals, and general administrative updates
  • Assist with reporting and compliance-related administration
