Be the back-bone of the business - managing high‑volume administration, staying organised, and being the central point of communication between mechanics, management, and customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling & coordination - manage daily/weekly schedules, run sheets, appointments, and travel arrangements for mechanics.
- Workshop & job administration - create jobs in system, collect timesheets/photos, enter labour/parts/freight, and keep job records accurate.
- Parts & inventory management - order parts, receipt deliveries, maintain the parts room, update stock levels, and conduct audits.
- Customer & supplier communication - act as the point of contact between management, mechanics, clients, and suppliers; chase quotes and parts.
