Our client is seeking an Administration and Credentials Manager to manage the overall administration and credentials function of the Examinations and Credentials Office (ECC) and to provide efficient and effective administrative and functional support to the Academic Registrar.
RESPONSIBILITIES Overall managing the credentials function of ECC, which includes processing of examination applications, accreditation of hospitals for the diploma programmes, applications of by peer reviews, selection process for medalists and certificates of merit, and updating of regulations of all constituent colleges Prepare ECC documents to be submitted for Senate meetings Provide efficient and effective administrative and functional support to the Academic Registrar Provide efficient and effective support to the Examinations operations including invigilation of examinations when necessary Manage all administrative functions, Office facilities, events management and operational matters in the Joh...
