Roles & Responsibilities

Supports logistic/sales team by performing admin tasks related to the pet's move.

  • Answering incoming phone calls and taking down messages or transferring call to the correct person-in-charge.
  • Provides administrative support.
  • Prepare invoice, memo and forms.
  • Prepare schedule of works, documents for respective shipment.
  • Application of documentation online and ensure accuracy entries
  • Carries out administrative duties such as quotations, invoicing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
