1. Payment Processing

• Responsible in ensuring that all local suppliers are paid on time and correctly
• Collects Sales invoice (SI) and Delivery Receipt (DR) for local suppliers
• Responsible in processing payment submission in NPI system, once validated and approved by NPI Parts specialist.
• Coordinates approval upto payment releases, for local suppliers payment
• Maintains report to monitor payments for local suppliers. Ensures that details are complete, accurate and well maintained

2. Monitoring of Shipments

• Consolidate shipment details for international shipments (Sea and Air)
• Responsible in filling original shipment documents. Ensures that all shipping documents are complete, accurate and well maintained

3. Logistics Cost Monitoring

• Responsible for consolidating logistics cost (FOB, duties, taxes, insurance, handling cost)
