• Preparation and verification of documents (eg. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and tract their daily attendance)
• Maintaining and updating of data reords
• Compilation of statistics
• Filing and typing
• Drafting of correspondences
• Attending to pupils who are unwell
• Any other duties as assigned by School

• At least an O Level
• Must be able to handle telephone enquiries from speaking parents
• 3 years of experience providing admin support
• Basic First Aide knoweledge
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good team player with high level of initiative
• High level of initiatiave and able to work independently
