Have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Managing an Admin Staff
Have an experience in rentals (offices, apartments, stores) & bills such as electricity, water bills & etc.
Have an experience in bills, taxes and rentals to the mall (2307, Portal, etc.)
Have an experience in REPORTS like office, governments, websites & etc.
Having experience to communicate with the mall admin, co-companies, higher departments & etc.
Good paying attention in small details
Responsibilities
Responsible to manage the Administrative Staff
Responsible for Policy Development and implementation (Ensures the compliance with company policies and external regulations like health and safety, labor laws)
Responsible for doing REPORTS
Responsible for attending meetings with the office manager
