We are a commercial laundry serving 170+ clients across spas, gyms, F&B, and hospitality in Singapore. Our delivery teams collect and return laundry across 5 daily routes from two sites. As we scale, we need someone reliable to take ownership of daily records and monthly invoicing - so the founder can focus on growth instead of paperwork. What You'll Do
Daily Recording & Verification (the core of the role)
Receive handwritten delivery slips from drivers each day and enter the data into our Excel records and webapp. Cross-check
entries that drivers and operators have made in our internal webapp against the paper slips. Flag mismatches, missing entries, and unusual quantities. Politely chase drivers and warehouse staff to update or correct entries that are incomplete. Maintain a clean, accurate daily log of every collection and delivery. Monthly Invoicing
Generate monthly invoices for 170 clients from the verified records. Send invoices to clients (email + WhatsAp...
