Maintain organised and accurate records for monitoring and service follow-ups 
Assist in preparing simple monitoring summaries when required 
Customer Service Assistance 
Support the customer service team by providing updated system information 
Assist in drafting basic customer updates (under guidance) 
Help follow up on pending monitoring-related cases 
Admin Support 
Organise monitoring records, reports, and screenshots 
Support other administrative tasks related to monitoring and customer service
