Rentokil Initial We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Service Planner, also known as Admin & Customer Service (6 months Contract) to join our team.. Your responsibilities will be to plan customer's service appointment, assigned and coordinate with serve team to create optimal service schedule. Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently
Follow up with service team to ensure no service backlogs
Analyse service team capacity data for service schedule improvement
Attend monthly stock take and prepare stock closing reports
Compile service reports and invoice to customer upon request
