Responsibilities - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for management
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with coordinating team meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Provide general administrative support, such as ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Liaise with external partners and vendors as needed
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
