Job Description
  • Front desk support
  • Data entry of information
  • Computer literate
  • Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the car workshop
  • Attend to customer enquiries, schedule service appointments, prepare invoices and quotations, maintain customer records, coordinate with technicians on job progress and update customers on vehicle service status
  • Handle phone calls, e‑mails and walk‑in customers while delivering professional and friendly customer service
  • Assist with general office administration and ensure accurate documentation of workshop activities

Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
9am-3pm (Sat) Alternate
