Responsibilities: Prepare documents and data for Finance Issue staff passes, stationery, and handle general administrative matters Perform onboarding processes for new employees Manage employee leave, overtime (OT), and expense claims Handle asset tracking and work pass collection (if applicable) Assist with job postings Arrange training sessions and coordinate travel logistics when required Arrange and coordinate interview sessions with customers Ensure compliance with ISO. Assist with employee performance assessments and evaluations Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior Requirements 1 to 3 years of administrative experience Good organizational and coordination skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Willingness to learn Attention to details
