General administrative support for Technology Systems Support the application managers by independently handling all assigned duties Generate monthly reports for the different application segments Requisition of department assets Requisition of office and pantry supplies Coordination of meetings and events
Your Qualifications
Diploma in Business Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word Effective co-ordination, time management and organization skills Resourceful, service-oriented and able to multi-task Meticulous and possess a sense of urgency in completing tasks and projects on time Able to work effectively as a team as well as independently Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels
