Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock movements to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams on deliveries and inventory matters.
  • Maintain proper filing and document control for all operational records.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
