**Description**
This role sits within the Consumer Engagement Team and coordinates closely with the Product Marketing, Online, Creative and Education Teams to support the overall Consumer Engagement strategy of the brand, with a focus on social media.
Responsibilities:
Organic Social Calendar Planning & Scheduling:
+ Own and develop the UK Social Content Calendar, working with key stakeholders to plan, curate and create content to maintain and increase engagement.
+ Integrate and align social content with the wider marketing strategy across CRM, Marketing, Communications & Paid Media initiatives.
+ Demonstrate flawless execution with attention to detail, protecting and enhancing the Estée Lauder brand with total consistency across all social channels.
Community Management Support:
