Handle day-to-day general office administrative & accounting duties.

Assist with accounts payable & receivable.

Prepare monthly statements and reports.

Reconcile invoices, bank statements, purchase orders, and identify discrepancies.

Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Create and update expense reports.

Regularly review and follow up on outstanding payments.

Inventory control.

Liaise with external vendors on related account matters.

Assist with customer queries and prepare sales quotations.

Perform general administrative duties.

Provide support to the Management & Finance Department.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

O'level / A'level / Diploma

Good initiative, ability to work independently, and follow instructions efficiently.

Good team-player with interpersonal skills.

Willing to learn.

At least 1 year of relevant experience....
