Position Details:
The Adjunct/Part-time Instructor assumes responsibility for performance of all functions generally identified by the college as within the realms of the instructor.  
Responsibilities:

+ Participates in planning, implementing and evaluating the teaching-learning process in the classroom, laboratory or clinical setting.

+ Maintains accurate and complete course records as required by KC.

+ Keeps abreast of current trends in education and nursing practice to improve his/her instructional ability.

+ Maintains public relations with assigned clinical agencies to include assessing the adequacy of available clinical learning experiences.

+ Works with theory instructors in planning and carrying out evaluation of nursing techniques.

+ Refers students to appropriate references when indicated.

+ Performs other duties as requested by the Program Director.
