            Job Scope  Carry out preventive maintenance and repair works  for common property facilities 
Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical issues  
Attend to residents’ feedback and technical service requests  
Perform routine checks on M&E systems  (pumps, lighting, access control, intercom, etc.) 
Monitor and maintain fire protection systems  
Assist in supervising contractors and service vendors  on site 
Support renovation monitoring  to ensure compliance with MCST guidelines 
Maintain proper maintenance records and checklists  
Ensure facilities are safe and in good working condition 
Assist during emergency situations  (power failure, water leakage, lift fault, etc.) 
Perform ad-hoc duties  assigned by Condo Manager / Property Officer
