The Workforce Specialist provides critical operational, administrative, and workforce support to ensure the seamless, efficient, and consistent delivery of clinic services. The role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day manpower deployment, timekeeping processes, and operational logistics, while ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations. Acting as a key liaison between Clinic Operations Supervisors, Onsite Medical Teams, COAA monitoring and Workforce Timekeeping reports, and other stakeholders, the position ensures accurate workforce reporting, timely communication, and continuous process improvement to support overall clinic performance and client satisfaction.
