Software Controls Engineer

Location: Warrington (Actemium Automation)

You will join Actemium Automation Warrington, part of VINCI Energies, as a Software Controls Engineer working on industrial automation projects across manufacturing and process sectors. This is a hands‑on engineering role combining PLC/HMI programming, control system integration, commissioning and technical support. You will work collaboratively with project teams, clients and suppliers to deliver reliable, compliant automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test and commission PLC (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley, or other client platforms)
• Design, configure and deploy HMI/SCADA screens and operator interfaces
• Integrate field devices, drives, instrumentation and networks into control systems
