**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Acoustics Trial Director** to join our team in **Silverdale, WA** . This is an **onsite** position.

Provide critical engineering, technical, and programmatic support to the U.S. Navy’s Acoustic Signature Trials Engineering Support contract.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Plans and conducts acquisition and analysis of at-sea acoustic evaluations.
+ Must be able to lead a team to completion of analysis and reporting of at-sea results and recommendations.
+ Guides cross-functional teams during at-sea acoustic evaluations, manage data quality in real-time, interpret real-time instrumentation readings, and present remediation methodologies to senior Navy stakeholders
