Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily ACMV works at site and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed within the project schedule.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, manpower allocation, and site activities.
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and site issues.
  • Identify and resolve site technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
  • Monitor and verify completed works for progress claims and variation works.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders when required.
