            Responsibilities Tender Surveying, Checking of documents and understanding of specifications; 
Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities, Liaise with the client / consultants 
Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts 
Prepare quotations, variation orders, BQ, cost planning. 
Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities. 
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. 
Requirements At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma 
Familiar with ACMV /HVAC System; 
Preferably have local construction experiences; 
Prefer immediate available candidate.
