Job Summary You will report to the project manager and lead the execution of ACMV projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across multiple job sites.
Responsibilities - Oversee project implementation by coordinating tasks and resources under the project manager’s guidance
- Review and verify technical drawings before installation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Initiate and manage material requests and orders to maintain project workflow
- Directly manage manpower allocation and supervise site personnel to meet project deadlines
- Liaise effectively with consultants, main contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and direct workers to facilitate smooth project progress
- Coordinate site inspections with consultants, architects, and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
