Business Development & Sales:
. Identify, prospect, and develop new cleanrooms, operating theatres, laboratories, controlled environments, data centres and ACMV project opportunities within Singapore and targeted Southeast Asian markets.
. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including M&E consultants, architects, developers, main contractors, and facility managers, data centre operators and end-users.
. Actively track and participate in public and private tenders, ensuring timely and competitive and compliant bid submissions.
. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share in the SEA region.
