Key Responsibilities
Monthly preparation of invoices, reconciling of accounts via e-accounting system including accounts journaling
Regular follow up on Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables
Process staff salary, expense claims and leave applications
Update Project and Company Forecast
Monthly and annual financial reporting to management
Assist with human resource matters such as onboarding and offboarding of staff, issue memo, update company policy, etc.
Scan, print, organize, and file documents (both electronic and physical paperwork)
Handle general administrative paperwork and record keeping
Prepare administrative letters, forms, etc
Run office errands, including courier services and purchasing office supplies
Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
